It’s logical to conclude that if something’s fun then you’ll learn more quickly. But there is proven science behind this idea: enjoyment releases dopamine, which boosts memory, attention and motivation, while reducing stress. It also forms new brain connections, known as neuroplasticity. Plenty of studies have confirmed the benefits of fun learning, if they ever needed to be confirmed.
